The CISG Nordic's editorial board is located at the Aarhus School of Business, Denmark. It is responsible for coordinating and maintaining the cisgnordic.net. The advisory board consists of scholars from the Nordic Region. They each forward information from their countries regarding CISG and ensure that all important and relevant information is collected. The working group is a more informal group consisting of master students and PhD students. Their task is to verify information, translate material etc.

CISG Nordic coordinates its translation tasks with the Queen Mary Translation Programme.

CISG Nordic share information in relation to Denmark with its sister site CISG Denmark. Despite the common ground in regard to Danish material, the two sites are independent and exist parallel to each other.
