Abstract
by Neumann, Thomas
A dispute arose when a buyer of windows discovered that they had been produced to measurements as seen from inside instead of outside. The court did not find that the seller of the custom made windows were liable as the professional buyer should have noticed the angle on the blueprints and the buyer did not prove that it is Danish custom to produce windows to measurements as seen from outside.
